Since 1996, my sales level has consistently been in the top 10%.  Last year, my listings sold at an average of 97% of asking price, after 24 days on the market and I closed 3x the average # of sales for Greater Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors.

I know that treating others the way I want to be treated makes things happen. Giving back to our community now and over the past 20+ years through extensive volunteer work has introduced me to a huge number of potential buyers for YOUR home.
